Whats the difference between the TaylorMade r7 irons and the r7 XD irons?

the same thing applies to the Burner Plus irons. there are burner plus and burner plus XD irons. whats the XD mean?

    I have the r7 XD irons & have been playing them 2 years now. The XD is for eXtra Distance, I believe the only difference is they have slightly less loft so you get a little more distance. Both are good clubs and it really depends on your ball flight & your preference.

    TAYLORMADE is the Brand.
    r7 and Burner are the model for the irons.
    The plus and plus XD irons are the improvement irons from original model. XD Means Extra Distance.
